The good folks over at Jackson-Hinds Public are making an offer patrons shouldn’t refuse.
Time to root around under the beds, dig into the car seats, check the netherspaces in your couch — because for a limited time, they’re providing amnesty from fines if materials are returned in good condition. Not a bad idea really since, come January of next year, the library will contract with a materials recovery agency.
Anyone else got an amnesty programme in place?
