Is your boss an idiot?

CNN asks Is your boss an idiot?

They say being the bright charge of a dim bulb often means suppressing the urge to say so many things, such as:
“Okay, did you not get the memo that it’s the 21st century?”

“Going where no man has gone before again, are we?”

and so on… Unfortunately, you have two choices: Get over it or get out.

    No longer overlooking a bad environment.
    At our Boston Public Library a great deal of intimidation goes for which supervisory, managerial and executive officials are themselves responsible or are responsible for stopping. It is an environment that cows the best people. We have the best of urban public libraries leadership in BPL President Bernard Margolis but only lip service is given to intellectual freedom. Intellectual freedom is not practiced when it involves public reports of department heads and outside consultants.
