Groups push for full color flexible displays

Groups push for full color flexible displays: Liquavista BV, (Eindhoven, the Netherlands), a spinoff from Philips Research Labs, is setting up an operation in Cambridge, England, following the successful bid for a £12 million co-operative research program to develop next generation flexible electronic displays that support full color and video.
The project will use Liquavista’s electrowetting technology to create screens capable of displaying bright, colorful images, which show video content with very low power consumption, as well as being thin, flexible and light.
