Google Restores Scientology Links

News? Censorship? Legal Issues? All of these could describle the Google/Church of Scientology saga. First, the CoS serves Google with a lawsuit based on the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) using it to censor critics. Then, Google decides that it is protected under the DCMA and restores the links to the critics of the CoS.
But, as these links were restored, an ISP in the in Netherlands who hosts one of the sites in question, www.xenu.net, had its Internet access pulled from its upstream provider.
Despite all of this, I acessed xenu.net\’s website, \”Operation Clambake\” at 10 AM CST on March 22nd.
