We’ve recently seen a vast plethora of bad news about libraries from closures to tax rejections and the like. It does the soul good to see a system here and there going through a period of growth and positive change. The folks at Carroll County Public Library snagged themselves the go-ahead to build a new branch and purchase a new bookmobile. With more changes on the way, including a branch renovation,at least some residents somewhere appreciate their local library. More from the Baltimore Sun.
