Girl Scout Builds a Library for Children with Disabilities

To earn her Girl Scout Gold Award, an 18-year-old
Valhalla, NY High School student collected more than 1,000 books through donations to set up a children’s library in her hometown at Easter Seals Project Explore, a center that offers a variety of programs to children with disabilities.
