Gay Pride Exhibit Organizer Wants to Provide Service to Gay Teens

kathleen writes “Meagan Albright, 24, a graduate student in library science at the University of South Florida, was astounded when her display led the Hillsborough County Commission [includes Tampa Florida] to adopt a policy stating, in effect, that the county would not recognize gay pride, period.
Albright, who is not gay, wants readers to find the books from her original display. Most authors and books have won significant awards. All are on library shelves.
