From Public to Private? Two MA Towns Weigh the Possibilities

The towns are Tewksbury and Dartmouth, MA, and they are considering whether or not to make their public libraries private.

Of course, privatized libraries are not unheard of in other states, but these two towns are the first to consider them in Massachusetts.
