Flood Damage at U. of Hawai’i May Approach $80 Million

Here’s an update on flood damage assessment from the October 30 Manoa flood which devastated the Hamilton Library, and may qualify as one of the costliest natural disasters in Hawai’i history.

Hawai’i Senator Daniel Inouye toured the University of Hawai’i campus with interim President David McClain, both vowing to seek whatever assistance is necessary to get the library and other buildings back to normal.
