Favorite Summer Books for Young Adults

For all you teen and tween librarians, here’s are several lists of the most popular teen reading choices over the last year, from the South Florida Sun Sentinel .

Columnist Sherri Wilson suggests to teens, “If your brain is a bit fried from too much sun and reality TV, here’s your chance to revive a brain cell or two before the mighty “ding-dong” of the first-period bell.” One selection (I’m now enjoying, and plan to pass on to my teen) is Mark Haddon’s “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime”.
