Moving over from books, Dubai libraries will soon become centres for imparting IT skills.
On Tuesday, Umm Suqeim library became the first accredited library in the Gulf region to start the computer training programme conducted by the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) Foundation.
Hatta library will be the second one in the emirate to provide this facility in three months time.
