Christine Whittington writes “Lynne Cheney, in an interview with KCWY New-13 (Casper, Wyoming) spills the beans that, as high school students, she and Dick both spent time at the “old Carnegie Library” in Casper–though they may not have noticed each other. She says, “[B]oth of us were reading our way through the old Carnegie Library. And Dick was in the history section. I was in the fiction section.
