This odd septugenarian was recently arrested wearing his usual couture, and ruby slippers which unfortunately could not do a Dorothy for him no matter how much he wished he were home.

version 2) fromKarl Sandwell-Weiss “(same link as above)…MARCH 20–Meet Samuel McGilton. The 72-year-old West Virginia man is due today in an Ohio court to face a misdemeanor public indecency charge. McGilton, you see, was arrested last Friday for an incident earlier this month at the public library in Bellaire. According to cops, a surveillance camera captured McGilton pleasuring himself while seated at a table in the library’s mezzanine. And, yes, he was wearing a dress at the time.
