The Telegraph India reports Students of minority government schools have to bear the brunt of the state government’s failure to distribute textebooks in time.
Minority government schools in the Singhbhum-Kolhan division of three districts of East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum and Sareikela-Kharsawan are without textbooks.
Some well-off students have purchased new books from bookshops and some have bought second hand books from seniors. But most students are attending classes without textbooks.
