Chicagoans are Reading the Same Book at the Same Time

\”In a radical effort to pull an entire city away from video screens and into the pages of literature, Chicago officials are asking every adult and adolescent in the city to read the same book at the same time. The book they have chosen is Harper Lee\’s \”To Kill a Mockingbird.\” Libraries throughout the city have braced for an onslaught by putting more than 4,000 copies of the book on their shelves, including Spanish and Polish translations.
