The Hull Public Library, while housed in a charming historic house in Massachussets, is way behind the times in terms of being able to serve the community in which it is situated.
the library is perched on a small hill overlooking the water. Trees and grass surround the building, which has a graceful front porch, and a cozy fireplace inside.
Children’s services librarian Anne Masland said, ”When we come in the morning, we turn on the lights at the fuse box.”
