Beatles Memorabilia Found in Ratty Suitcase at Flea Market

British citizen Fraser Claughton got a lot more than he bargained for when he picked up a “tatty” suitcase at a flea market while on holiday in Australia. He would have given the suitcase a second thought, but when he picked it up, discovered that it had something in it. The treasure included Beatles memorabilia, concert programs and unreleased recordings. While the loot has yet to be authenticated, it is believed to be the fabled “lost Mal Evans archive.” Evans was a roadie for the Beatles and met an unfortunate end when he was shot after brandishing a fake weapon.
