An Anonymous Patron sends this “follow-up from theQuad City Times about the library thief who apparently has had a change of heart.
“The thief who stolen almost 100 classic movies from the Maquoketa Public Library has returned all of them now.
Library Director Karen Manning found 38 more movies in the library’s drop box Friday morning. A week ago today, the box was overflowing with 53 movies.
