After the death of a librarian who apparently confessed to murder fears grow he killed again

The Daily Mail takes another look at Harvey Richardson, who is now suspected of being a sexual predator and murderer who’d concealed at least one brutal crime for almost four decades. So could Richardson have been a killer? Or is there another explanation for the mysterious souvenirs he kept of that appalling crime? For the moment at least, then, the mysterious Harvey Richardson, librarian and loner, is not officially under suspicion of being a serial killer. But what do we know about this “polite and quiet” pensioner who was a “perfect neighbour” – but whom the police, nevertheless, describe as “secretive and reclusive”?
