A New National Library to be Established In Yemen

A workshop for discussing the designs of the national library was organized last week in Sana’s. The workshop was inaugurated by the minister of higher academic education, Dr Saelh Ba Surrah and was attended by a number of high ranking officials and intellectuals.

The work shop was organized by the General Corporation of the Book;, and aimed to be the best proper design as the largest Yemeni national library. The Library is to be established on 90 thousands cubic meters and will be the largest Library in the Arabian Peninsula.
