Snow Causes Library Roof Collapse

Anonymous Patron writes “Heavy snow caused the roof of the Hoyt Library in Kingston, PA to collapse. No one was injured. Interesting that it was a newer addition to the building (twenty years old) that couldn’t handle the weight of the snow, the original roof remained intact.
