Reports: UT, Baylor asked to submit proposals for Bush library

Austin Business Journal reports The White House is seeking formal proposals from the University of Texas in Austin and Baylor University in Waco to host the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, according to media reports.
Media outlets report UT, Baylor, the city of Arlington, Southern Methodist University in Dallas and Texas Tech University in Lubbock have received letters requesting proposals to build a complex for the president when he leaves office in January 2009. SMU is considered the front-runner.
