Their RSS feeds
From my testing so far, it appears that if you set up an alert for one specific journal, the RSS feed is initially empty, so you would have to wait until they loaded articles for that journal the next time.
I tried setting one up for Library Journal, so I got into Academic Search Premier, logged into “My EbscoHost” and created a “journal alert.” Unfortunately, while I expected to see the articles from the most recent issue, my feed was initially blank. Boo!
