Library of Congress Finds Churchill Notes

Blake writes that a Library of Congress scholar has discovered some long-unseen letters from Winston Churchill predicting World War I a couple years before it started. The letters, written to Churchill's cousin, the Duke of Marlborough, were found by Daun Van Ee, a military historian, in preparation for an upcoming exhibit, Churchill and the Great Republic.
