As we look forward to next year, hopefully with a new president and an improving economy, I think we should all bear in mind some of the factors that helped to diminish our present economy, big box stores included.

I had to visit this link. Great googly moogly, I was entertained for hours... Having worked retail for many a year through school (no, not at WalMart, thank god) I could relate (and in some cases, thankfully, couldn't relate) to a lot of what was said here.
