Judge says Boy Can Read Controversial Poem

A follow-up to yesterday's story about a Nevada teen prohibited from reading an Auden poem, due to inclusion of the words hell and damn. The judge ruled that the student will be allowed to read the poem, including four-letter words, in its entirety.

Judge Brian Sandoval, the former Nevada attorney general, ruled the words were neither profane nor disruptive when used by poet W.H. Auden in "The More Loving One." Update here with news of the judge's ruling.

Now wait until they find out Auden was gay and the poem was about Chester Kallman.
