\”The King County Library System is tightening its rules on Internet access to prevent children from viewing pornography or other objectionable material on library computers. The 41-branch library system is installing software that would make it impossible for children to use unfiltered computers, which can access all Internet sites, if parents make such a request. Parents can notify the library system if they want their child to have filtered Internet access or no access at all.
