I just shot off emails to about 6-10 libraries or vendors that obviously have had their access breached. Hopefully one of them can shut it down, or find ways to fix their access points.

Several libraries have followed up my original emails. They are trying to see what can be done about this web site, and better yet make sure the security of their resources is not breached.
