City OKs ‘no porn’ policy staff

Anonymous Patron writes “Speaking of The Internet Police, Phoenix, Arizona, officials have agreed to spend an extra $175,000 to add a full-time librarian and three assistants to help implement the city’s new “no pornography” policy at all public libraries.     Class B- Reference and Research Techniques
    Class C- Utilizing Database and Internet Searching
    Class D- Identifying and Smacking Down Nasty Evil Internet Pornography

    Do the math…four positions, one a librarian and three assistants. $175k. Divided evenly, it’s close to 45k each. That can’t be right. Maybe I’ll read the article. 🙂
