Saying they wanted a stronger voice, a majority of librarians at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County voted Monday night in favor of forming a union.
The vote was 74-65 in favor; 141 employees were eligible to vote. Two did not vote.
You gotta love the last sentence of the article which states, “Library officials congratulated the union, while also noting that they opposed unionization.”

Perhaps if the adminsitration were not talking out of both sides of their mouth at the same time the staff would not have felt the need to join a union.
Workers that feel appreciated who are not lied to don’t form unions.
