The death penalty and filtering

The Chicago
Tribune has a rather strongly worded Story on filtering. The author says that like the death
penalty, filters don\’t work.

\”So it doesn\’t really
matter that filters can\’t do either of those things
effectively. Since so many people want to believe they
do, it makes good political sense for members of
Congress to play along.\”
