To completely disregard reviews on Amazon.com

just takes the votes on Amazon, or Tripadvisor or anywhere else without actually reading the reviews then they deserve to get done over.
It's blatantly obvious when people are lying, making something up or like in this case making an issue about something generally, not about the content or the media in which the rpoduct has been created.
