And in most cases nothing will change

As unless people give alternatives what are the councils expected to do?
Unless there are protests combined with ideas of where else to make cuts elsewhere or have ideas for savings or revenue raising what else will they do?
Don't go on about it's bad so don't do it, of course it's bad, but give a solution!
