Director is chosen for Abraham Lincoln library, museum

It looks like the troubled Abraham Lincoln library, museum is finally getting a boss. STLToday Reports nationally known historian who promises to mix scholarship with showmanship has been named head of Illinois' $115 million Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum.

Richard Norton Smith, who has run four presidential libraries, called this "a time of unlimited possibility. If you're in the presidential library business, Abraham Lincoln is the tops."
