Full of information, but perfect?
I think the OP is dead on when addressing the way in which the library site covers all their user's needs within short statements and directed links. However, I don't think the long list of related links, which fall below the fold of the page, was very well placed. I also found the librarian profile on the left side column to be less than appealing. Commonly, profile information falls to the right with navigational links on the left. Don't get wrong, I am sure this page has done wonders for their library; and that should be a lesson to all others who can adjust their own sites, but perfect design is an ever changing judgment.
Kudos for actually looking and evaluating sites though. We too often forget to critique and reflect.
