Someone told me that my house in Oak Park, IL or any other number of places would bring a quarter of a million dollars. All I'm asking is $84K and no toothy nibbles yet. I'm giving up and having my realtor friend take over. If it doesn't sell by the time we move, I don't want to have to enlist friends to show it. So, now my realtor friend will swoop in, tell me what sucks, tell me what to fix, and get a tidy commission that will leave me breaking even, if that. Sigh...
