Friday Bookstore Pictures

The other day I showed a picture of a Opera house that was converted into a bookstore. Today we look at a movie theater in Houston that was converted into a bookstore.

Another great theater to bookstore conversion is the Barnes and Noble in downtown Rochester Minnesota. A grand old vaudeville theater turned movie theater turned boarded up downtown building was beautifully renovated for Barnes and Noble. Starry ceilings, beautiful murals, and great access from the (Mayo connected)skyway. The front doors, with grand old bronzed ticket booths, opens on to a busy pedestrian plaza. Well worth checking out.

There is supposed to be a System Director job open in Rochester.
