Scary stuff, that
I know my library has a policy on what to do if this ever happens at our branch...but I have to admit that I've never really read it all the way through. (My part is just to say,"Sorry, I'm only a library assistant, you'll have to talk to my manager.") After reading this, though, I'm not sure how much good having a policy would even do...
