Meet Heidi Bullard, librarian at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County's College Hill branch library. She loves this time of year, for the Oscars and the fabulous fashions that are almost as important a part of the awards as that little statuette.

She hosts as Oscar party each year, and has created duplicates of the gowns worn by over 90 Academy Award winning actresses. Her glamorously gowned dolls, complete with replica hair styles and jewelry, are on display through the end of this month at the Covedale Branch Library. More from the Community Press.
