Confessions of a Grown-Up Harry Potter Fan

Topic: Miranda Puckett, in The Roanoke (VA) Times.

In a brief biographical bit, the author admits, yes, that she's a fan, but "Don't get me wrong; I'm not the most extreme Potter fan in Roanoke. I don't sleep between licensed Harry Potter sheets, cast spells or have a huge crush on Daniel Radcliffe (the actor who plays Harry Potter in the movies). I haven't even dressed up as a Hogwarts character.

She says that like it's a bad thing. I have to say that I'd appreciate some good 200-thread count (minimum) licensed bedclothes. Thankfully, my girls are finally past this stage of needing juvenile licensed merchandise (that's right--it's now more grown up and expensive).

I still have my twin-sized Peanuts blanket I got when I was 10 or 11. Not too many holes--it still works.
