China bans 19 books for spreading 'false information'

News Out Of China where Chinese authorities have banned 19 books by four local authors for spreading false information in a new campaign to discipline the publishing industry, state media said today.
"The general administration of Pressand Publication of China on Friday banned the publication and sale of 19 books that contain 'false information'," news agencies said.

You know, it can sometimes be amusing to watch the various directions censorship takes among different cultures. In pro-Christo-fascist America, science is "false information", and in commie-pinko China, corporatism/capitalism/entrepeneurship is "false information".
