ALA has posted several reviews of "The Librarian: Quest for the Spear," written by library workers. They received over 200, and like all reviews I've seen already, it's a mixed bag, with the average star rating being 2.65/4. Seems to be a love it or hate it type of movie.

Librarian tv flick

I kind of enjoyed it. It was fun. When I was 10 I wanted to be a lbtrian and then another Roy Chapman Andrews, but each time my date with destiny stood me up. Wyle's character did want I always wanted to do. If it was popular--good. With any degree of luck this flick will do for library sciences what "American Pie" did for band camps.

Okay--I meant LIBRARIAN. I'm having to take over 500 pills a month, so there's bound to be an effect. Sorry.
