intended for
those wishing to help build and test a
docster-like prototype, and is open to all participants.

This project is
specifically aimed at shared discovery and analysis of
technical, social,
and legal changes to existing p2p (Peer to Peer)
models we will need to make to make
instant document delivery real and equitable for all
