Mostly, he sees their eyes glaze over at its mention...federal officials are beginning to recognize that it’s crucial to every aspect of government business. And he believes the technology exists to make records management a strength for federal agencies.

Grey literature

The best records management techniques need to be used to make more accessible the documents that libraries maintain including their own respective institutional documents.The grey literature produced by libraries need to be made more accessible for staff and others interested in libraries as the organizations they are.
