Seattle Library was designed with homeless issues in mind

One of the more Interesting Stories on the new library in Seattle says the new library is likely to be as strong a magnet for homeless people as the old building, and the new library was designed with those issues in mind.
The ventilation system, security officers, security cameras, code of conduct, and the library is trying to work with the city to encourage a downtown day shelter and hygiene center.
