Informal presentation style

What did the video add over a podcast? There was minimal eye contact with the audience and a prepared script was read. I think this presentation would have been best done as a written blog post.

I don't make all the decisions in this. In fact, that way of handling things wasn't my decision. I will forward your worry to the decision-maker so that it can be considered. Again, I must note that I was most certainly not the one who laid things out for that whatsoever.
