Crook County removes book from schools after parent complains

A book involving onanism that a parent complained about was removed by the school board of Crook County, Oregon. Sherman Alexie's The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian was the subject of the board's decision.
The parent reportedly claims that the book had graphic drawings and inappropriate content.
