Black History Month at Delaware Public Libraries

Delaware public libraries will be commemorating Black History Month (which starts on Monday) with a busy schedule of events across the state. Performances, discussions on historical and cultural events, storytellers and other performers will present the incredible contributions of Black Americans to their nation's history and identity.
